• Promotional pricing and coupon codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Consultations

• Consultation bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once.
• No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
